Shahina graduated from Kings College London BSc in Human Biology and then Msc in Accelerated Physiotherapy from Teesside University in 2008.
Shahina has worked in Orthopaedics, Intermediate Care, Respiratory and Elderly care Rehab. She has a breadth of experience in treating all MSK conditions, Women’s Health antenatal/Postnatal care + exercise, Acupuncture, Pilates beginners to Advanced, Paediatrics and Occupational Health.
Shahina is currently working as a First Contact Practitioner in GP surgeries and in Spinal Clinics and she is continually upskilling. Her passion lies in working with each and every patient toward what matters to them most.
Outside work, Shahina loves baking, cooking, reading, Pilates and Yoga. She is also a keen half marathon/marathon runner and cherish being in nature with her family.
