Chartered Physiotherapist

Arun qualified from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, India as a physiotherapist and registered as a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy in 2009. Arun has experience in working in a variety of different specialties within the NHS as well as the private sector over the years in junior and senior level. Specialties include musculoskeletal, neurological, rehabilitation, acute respiratory, care of the elderly, falls prevention, balance training, orthopeadic conditions and community rehabilitation. Neurological therapy included work with patients diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, acute and non-acute post stroke patients and Multiple Sclerosis. brain injuries and tracheostomy patients. As well as working for Physiocomestoyou Arun currently works at a Neurological Rehabilitation Hospital in a private sector.
Arun provides an expert opinion in Musculoskeletal, Neurological and Orthopaedic physiotherapy. His treatment approach combines mobilisation and manipulation, Bobath techniques, specifically targeted strengthening and conditioning exercises, with hands on work including Kinesio taping .
