Chartered Physiotherapist
Angela qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1992 from St Mary’s Hospital, London. She commenced her career in the NHS before returning to study and completing a Master’s Degree in Sports Medicine from Glasgow University in 1997. She then began working in private practice, initially in private hospitals in London, specialising in musculoskeletal and orthopaedics, including post-operative rehabilitation. She has also had experience working with professional athletes: providing physiotherapy support for the British Speed Skating Team and court-side support for junior LTA tennis tournaments in London. She has done extensive post-graduate CPD with particular interests in running rehabilitation, acupuncture and spinal rehabilitation. She enjoys treating clients of all ages from children to elderly and prides herself in her ability to adapt her treatment to suit any client. She uses a variety of techniques to treat including acupuncture / dry needling, a variety of mobilisation and manipulation techniques, exercise rehabilitation and taping.
