Chartered Physiotherapist

Abu Ambia qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2009 from St George’s University of London. He has worked within the NHS, social services and private sector – specialising in Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedics, Elderly Care and Post-operative Rehabilitation. He has also undertaken an independent prescribing course from Brighton University, UK which enables him to deliver a comprehensive pain management treatment. He has been a Specialist Physiotherapist for a number GP practices for the last 3 years. Abu regularly undertakes training courses to update his knowledge & skills and has recently completed a diploma in acupuncture. He uses a variety of techniques to treat including acupuncture, Emmett technique, exercise therapy, prescribing analgesics and various mobilisation and manipulation techniques.
